reservation begins at 3 p.m. of the Saturday afternoon that you are scheduled
to arrive.

reservation ends at 11 a.m. of the Saturday morning that you are scheduled
to depart.

pets are allowed at The Upper Deck.

smoking is allowed at The Upper Deck.

Cleaning
fee will be charged if house is not left in condition it was in when you
arrived (must be in rentable condition).
