     The first floor apartment at The Heritage Cottage has been recently remodeled.  This accommodation has 2 (two) bedrooms. 

     There is a ¾ bath with a large shower.  The first floor unit has a nautical motif with four rooms including a living room with a full size futon, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a sun porch with dining area, that is great for sunset dinners.

     This unit is all new from top to bottom.  There are views of the ocean, Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve and Wells Harbor.

    Wells Beach is just across the street, and the beach area is very sandy and uncrowded.  Have a look around our web site at what The Heritage Cottage has to offer. 

    Lower level accommodation has a maximum occupancy of 6 (six) persons.

Upper Level Accommodation With Photos:

     The upper level apartment at The Heritage Cottage is recently remodeled.  The upper level apartment has two floors.  This accommodation has 3 (three) bedrooms, two with ocean views, and the other views the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve.

One bedroom has a queen bed, and the others have full size beds. 

     There is a large living room with sectional sleep sofa. An eat-in kitchen and a full bath.  A glorious sunroom overlooks the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve and Wells Harbor.

    The Heritage Cottage upper level beach accommodation boasts a wonderful dining area which is great for sunset dinners!
